Key idea
It isn't about earning the most or living on nothing. It's about your money doing what you decided it should.
Ask ten people what "good with money" means and you'll get ten answers: spends little, earns a lot, owns a house, plays the stock market. Most of these are about the size of the number. The number matters far less than the control. Being good with money means three quiet skills, none of them glamorous: you know roughly where your money goes, you spend less than you bring in, and the gap between the two is put to work on purpose rather than by accident.
The three habits under everything
Know
where it goes each month
Keep
a gap between income & spending
Grow
the gap, deliberately
Notice what's missing: a high salary. A person earning ₹40,000 who saves ₹6,000 with intent is further ahead than someone on ₹2 lakh who has no idea where it went. Income sets the ceiling; habits decide how much of that ceiling you actually reach.
Why this comes first
Everything later in this track (investing, insurance, tax) is a tool. Tools only help someone who already knows what they're building. That's why the first domain is about foundations, not returns. Get the control right and the rest becomes arithmetic.
